SHIPPING

We ship from the Gold Coast, Australia 🇦🇺

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard: $9.95 

• Express: $14.95 (Free for orders over $150)

• All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are sent same day.

• Express orders are prioritised and typically arrive in 1–3 business days via Australia Post.

Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

RETURNS

We want you to love your pieces - if it’s not quite right, we offer easy returns.

Return Conditions:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags must still be attached

We offer:

• Store credit for change-of-mind returns

• Exchanges for a different size (if stock is available)

• Refunds only for faulty or incorrect items

* Sale items are non refundable and we do not offer exchanges on them 

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
